I came here thrice with different guests every time. Always mentioning on how amazing this place is. However, today I'm very dissapointed and embarrass with the service.
While my guests and I were eating, there was this couple that came to sit beside our table. The man started smoking while it was indoor. I called the waitress asking if it was okay to smoke here? They told me that the other section of the room was a smoking area but where I'm sitting is clearly a non-smoking area. I didn't want to caused any drama so I decided to sit outdoor and ask the waiter for a favour to bring the food over. It takes awhile for them to just bring my food from indoor to outdoor. Using the tray, I then went back in to take the food and beverages. One of the waiter offered to help me. I turned her offer down as I just want to get the food and drink to my guests as fast as possible.
One of my guest ordered an extra ice cappuccino and when the drink came, it was a hazelnut latte. Not long after that the cappuccino came. Waiter was confused on what they should do cause the hazelnut latte was already sipped. Tired with all the drama, just want to have our dinner in peace so I then told the waitress to charged it on our bill.
Human error can happen all the time but lacking of training on the F&B and service team is another story. Manager wasn't around, waitress were confused on how to handle a situation like this and they were also afraid to say "no, sorry this is a non-smoking area." Soft approach is needed inorder to deal with stubborn customers.

The place look like a coffee shop, with open space drink station without handy food menu for customer, or at least qr code scan. And they said we took ourself for our drink in the bar. I think this is fast providing food and drink cafe, because that concept. But it ended with very very long service! It took almost 1 hour to serve the drinks, and the drinks taste just like ordinary coffee and mocktails, not superb though! Not good quality bean though. And all the waiter look very confuse when I asked about our orders. Several times other waiter will come to ask other customer order in my table
In my opinion, just focus to manage your resources to comply service for customer, instead of make a big spaces cafe but lack of services, its a big flaws! For me its first and last to come...

But the lighting was very bad that we asked the waitress to put a candle on our table but until we finished eating the waitress still hadnt brought it. . The price was quite pricey but the food & drink werent tasty (except for nasi goreng). It took more than 30 minutes for our food to come. The tables and chairs were not ready (they were still wet because of the rain and we had to ask the waitress to wipe them for us). ...
