Cabang : Royal Plaza Surabaya, Minggu, 19 Mei 2019. Saya dan teman teman kecewa karen merasa tiap tahun saat Ramadhan pelayanan dcost cabang tersebut menurun. Saya tidak tau cabang lain bagaimana karena hanya pernah makan di cab Royal Plaza Surabaya. Kami menunggu pesanan SANGAT LAMA! Kami ini mau berbuka puasa, bukan bersahur! Estimasi waktu dari pemesanan hampir 1 jam lebih. Pertama, 1 serv makanan hadir dimeja, eh malah bukan pesanan kami. Selanjutnya kami menunggu sangat lama.. Teman saya akhirnya jalan menuju meja serv yg berbatasan dengan dapur, untuk mengeluhkan hal tersebut, setelah teman saya kembalin ke meja kami dengan disusul mbak mbak waiters, apa yg kami dengar dari dia? "HARUSNYA BAPAK SAMPERIN KESANA (KE MEJA SERV DEPAN DAPUR TADI) DAN BILANG, SOALNYA TIDAK KE PRINT" lho pantas tidak waiters bilang gt? Kita sudah nunggu lama, malah nyalahin konsumen. Masalah tidak ke print kan kesalahn mereka kok nyalahin kami tidak nyamperin mereka, kami ini nunggu dikira emang masaknya butuh waktu lama. Gila ya, kok ada pihak mereka salah malah nyalahin yg mau makan, kocak!
