Bunn Burger — Restaurant in Cork

I love a good smash burger, but a lot of places around cork are just not living up to the hype unfortunately.

Ordered online for takeaway. Burger buns where burnt black inside, pure lazy from the chef and blatantly obvious too.most certainly affected the taste.

Burger patties seemed on the small side for what you pay, i got a 3 stack and wasnt impressed. Burger meat lacking seasoning. Burger sauce compliments it well tho.

Chips cooked well. Tho The cheese jalapeno fries were a complete let down, cheap deli cheese hardened over chips, i asked for bacon and garlic mayo on the fries, when i arrived at the shop they asked for an extra €4 for the toppings, but There was no garlic on the cheese chili fries and two meagre tiny pieces of bacon, complete robbery.

All in all paid near €40 for 2 burgers, plain fries, cheese fries and two cans. Way overly priced, not well executed. For that money I would have got better value and service at Son of a Bun. Overpriced Fast food burgers from a deli kitchen. Big hesitation's on coming here again No...

Absolute muck. Very poor burger in which they charged €12.45. Where in Gods earth did they come up with this price thinking it was a fair market price. Absolute bonkers people. Burger was full of grease and little seasoning. I questioned did they go and buy the mince from Aldi and make the smash patties themselves?! €5.95 for chips, cheese and garlic, with only a bare squirt of garlic mayo that wet a few chips.

It was my first time and certainly last. I'm writhing this review so people who come on here get fore warning and give this place a wide berth.

Charging pub grub prices for terribly mediocre food. I laugh at how they call themselves a burger restaurant when it's a tiny little side counter in a convenience store.

Hang your heads in shame Bunn Burger, you are ripping off the public and clearly have no shame in doing so. How you're still in business...

Really solid food, at the very beginning they were using a floury burger bun, but have moved to a Brioche bun which always has the perfect amount of char on the edges now - fast delivery or collection if you choose. The only place in Ballincollig I get a burger these days, as otherwise your options are frozen chip shop burgers or heading to McDonalds.. Have to say the chips here are top notch too, seasoning is great every time, however since they started getting really busy the chips are getting progressively paler!! Make me wait and give 'em an extra minute or two! They were perfectly crispy those first few times!
