Swan's — Restaurant in The Municipal District of Callan — Thomastown

Anytime we go in the toilets are locked when staff is asked is there someone in there no sorry you cant use ..... I wouldnt mind if we were just in to use the facilities but we spend a lot of money here each time. The girl at the weekends is lovely very polite but the weekdays is terrible customer service.. The latest time we were in we asked for a munchy box but due to a picky child we asked for the spring rolls to be left separate ... the answer was very odd .. it is called a box everything must go in box .. this one time we do but everything have to be in box in future ... due to customer service and staff simply not being monday person i doubt there will be an in future ... seriously need to...

Loved it! Had the half pounder burger, chicken coujon wrap with a large fries. First things first the ladies that made the food was super friendly, the burger was stunning. The chips was freshly made and stayed crunchy till we got home about 15min later. The only thing was the wrap. Wasnt enough meat for the price of it, but...
