Really bad quality food and not honest customer service, I ended up paying for something I thought was included within the “all you can eat” price of 20 something euros people are charged at night, I do not want to think about how bad is the food when people pay 10 euros at lunch time. When I complained to the waiter he just said "I am sorry, I did not know, the owners always change the rules and do not tell us". Well, I should not be charged for your mistakes then. The waiter just said "you should talk to the owner" and I did, a Chinese woman who hardly understands the Italian language, was just smiling at me while I was complaining, I said “I do not think I should pay for the extra food as it was your waiter’s mistake not advising me correctly”. L'estetica del ristorante è molto bella e ben curata ma non fatevi ingannare dall'apparenza perché apparte la netta differenza di prezzo che c'è fra il pranzo e la cena già non appena vi sedete dovete aspettare almeno 20 min prima che venga qualcuno a prendere gli ordini se non avete ancora scaricato il loro menù che non vi dice nessuno di scaricare. Avevo prenotato alle 19.00 per sedermi nelle poltrone avendo specificato che eravamo 2 e mi era stato detto che era possibile ma quando sono arrivato oltre ad aver perso la mia prenotazione mi hanno detto che non era possibile occupare un tavolo da 7 per 2 persone ( il chè avrebbe senso se per telefono non mi avessero detto che invece era possibile anche per due) .Quando finalmente trovi posto nonostante la tua prenotazione mancata, appena hai guardato tutte e 37 le pagine del menù con il tuo telefonino puoi capire cosa prendere . Ed ecco che quando poi prenderete gli ordini dovrete aspettare almeno altri 40 minuti prima che vi portino alcune piccole cose che avete ordinato. Rispetto al 2019 l'assortimento è parecchio sceso in basso di qualità e quantità e anche per quanto riguarda la varietà di mangiare ci sono molte meno cose. Durante la serata hanno perso svariati ordini costringendomi ad aspettare ancora di più e rivedere di nuovo il menù per ordinare nuovamente e nel frattempo che passavano le ore lo stomaco si chiudeva e passava la fame. Ci sono solo 6 piatti di pasta fra cui 3 col pesce

Mancano tanti secondi e ci sono troppi tipi di sushi

Devi aspettare almeno 30-40 min ceonometrati prima che ti portino da mangiare per poi ordinare di nuovo e aspettare altri 20-30 min e siamo di lunedì

Avevo prenotato per sedermi sulle poltrone e mi avevamo assicurato di poterlo fare sapendo che eravamo due e quando sono arrivato non avevano nemmeno la prenotazione

Devi stare tutto il tempo col telefono in mano per vedere quali piatti prendere

Il buffet non esiste più

La sera paghi 10 euro in più circa per un totale di 21.90 dove non sono inclusi dolci, frutta e bevande

Aspetti così tanto tra un ordinazione e l'altra che ti dimentichi anche cosa hai ordinato

Perdono gli ordini

Gli ordini arrivano così tardi che ti passa la fame perché digerisci

Chose the buffet and was not disappointed at all. It is mostly advertised as Asian, and they do have a section that is Asian like noodles, fried rice, spring rolls. Then in other sections there was a good selection of seafood including mixed seafood, caponata with clams, marinated swordfish slices, fresh sardines. The marinated swordfish was like never tasted before, and it was heaven. The sardines were good and fresh. Included in the buffet were 4 types of pasta, then pork, chicken both chinese food, and then from the warm food section, there were king prawns, and fish stew. To finish off there was a selection of sweetened grapes, melon, watermelon and pineapple. The sushi must be ordered through the staff personnel and is brought to the diner on the table.
