Oya Sushi — Restaurant in Fiume Veneto

believe that truly exceptional Sushi restaurants are few but OYA is one. We were welcomed in the best way by Cristina the owner who is very nice and kind and makes you feel at ease. The environment is large and very well looked after, and you can see the hand of a good architect. The food is exceptional and served very well, and is of an incredible variety. The fish is definitely very fresh. You are served at the table quickly and kindly. As a wine we chose Champagne and the choice is really wide. I just need to look at the toilets in a restaurant or club to understand how much passion and dedication is given to the business: a very well-kept and very clean bathroom, as well as particular with the sinks in the centre, in a circle, surrounded by beautiful plants. All you can eat sushi. Ordered on a tablet including the drinks. The sushi and Sashimi portions were super small. Order double the portions you’d think you need because they take a while to deliver them to you. Also the more rounds you do the longer the wait time. That way you’ll have time to feel full while waiting for your next course. Additionally, you have to wait 10 minutes between each order. Oya Had plenty of seating even without a reservation but they do accept reservations. The place is cool to look at. ESPERIENZA NON POSITIVISSIMA.

Abbiamo mangiato qua in due la sera a cena, appena entrati si presenta questo locale molto carino, i tavoli in mezzo all'acqua, una sala molto grande e personale sorridente e gentile.

Ci mettiamo seduti e ordiniamo dal solito tablet all you can eat, ora arriva il bello. Schiacciamo il tasto invia dell'ordine e SORPRESA nel giro di 30 secondi iniziano ad arrivare i piatti (uramaki, ravioli...) quindi deduco TUTTO già pronto.

Proseguiamo la cena, i piatti sono mangiabili ne buoni né cattivi, alcuni brutti a vedere. Un piatto di uramaki con il tonno tendente al Grigio (lo metto in foto), i ravioli non sanno di nulla.

Fino ad arrivare al dolce, dove su due diversi che abbiamo ordinato, uno é arrivato CONGELATO, proprio letteralmente congelato da freezer ancora con il ghiaccio sopra (anche questo in foto) da non riuscire a romperlo con la forchetta e l'altro invece al cioccolato ti lasciava un retrogusto di chimico/acido in bocca.

Ho fatto presente al cameriere ed é stato subito pronto a portarli via e cancellarli dall'ordine, molto disponibile.

Il tablet dove ordini se si blocca ha un PIN da inserire, quando chiami il cameriere viene e te lo sblocca 🤣🤦

Ad un certo punto ad una delle cameriere, sono cadute due bacchette a terra con un pezzo di cibo avanzato e credo sia rimasto tutto lì a terra almeno per mezz'ora, ci passavano sopra e nessuno lo raccoglieva.

Il personale almeno é cortese e sorridente, parlano tutti bene italiano.

Comunque, purtroppo ritengo da fermarsi solo se non ci sono...
