I recently had the pleasure of visiting a lovely Neapolitan coffee shop in Florence, and I have to say that it was a truly delightful experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and they went above and beyond to make sure that I had a pleasant visit.

The croissants at this coffee shop are absolutely fantastic. They are flaky and buttery, and they have a delicate, crispy crust that makes them absolutely irresistible. I also had the chance to try their coffee and it was amazing. They had a wide variety of coffee options from different countries and I have to say that they were all great. The coffee was rich, flavorful, and perfectly brewed.

One of the things that I appreciate most about this coffee shop is that they also sell coffee for Nespresso machines. It's a great option for those who want to take a taste of their delicious coffee home.

All in all, I would gladly recommend this lovely Neapolitan coffee shop to anyone who comes to visit Florence. The staff is incredibly kind and welcoming, the croissants are fantastic and the coffee is amazing. I will definitely be visiting this coffee shop again on my next trip...

It is a true gem in Florence, offering the best coffee sourced from different parts of the world. I was immediately drawn to their wide selection of coffee beans, and I loved that I could choose the beans I wanted and have them freshly ground and brewed right in front of me. The coffee was absolutely amazing - rich, flavorful, and perfectly balanced.

The atmosphere is also very inviting. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and they took the time to explain the different coffee beans to me. I also loved the fact that they have a variety of seating options, both indoors and outdoors.

We had both a cafe latte - the one with cow milk was excellent! The one with oat milk wasn't enjoyable, as the oat milk chosen contains sugar (there are oat milk options without sugar too), which I personally didn't like. Its better to take the no sugar version and let customers add sugar if wished :) The food didn't look like on the pictures, I think because there was only a small variation available and didn't give you the feeling you want to order something. The worst was the cigarettes in front of the store and in the back in the garden part. Guys, clean your stuff! The service was super nice, thanks for that 😊 In total i wouldn't come here...
