Decent food (for what arrived). Terrible service. The worst!
We were walk in customers. 8 of us, I was with 3 of my children. It might have been the owner that entertained us. No customer was around at opening time, 7pm.
They told us to list our orders.
30 mins in, by 730pm we get our first batch of orders. Some white rice and chicken orders. 4 of us got partial orders.
By 745, out of the 5 Japanese fried rice we ordered, only 1 arrived.
Then the waiting game. Some of our food didn't arrive until 810pm even with constant following ups. Orders still wasnt even complete. My youngest, 10 yrs old, got his rice at 730 and didn't get his tempura orders until 810pm!
And it still wasn't a a complete order 1 hour and 10 mins later!
By 810pm, I complained to the Japanese owner/manager. He said it's impossible to bring out all the food together. So they'd rather serve some food 30 to 40 mins apart because they don't serve that way. So I guess I'm "wrong!"
If you're Asian, you know you eat your chicken/beef/shrimp orders with rice. You don't bring out your main course without your rice if you eat at any japanese, filipino or Chinese, or any Asian restaurant.
I then complained about the slow service, and then the Owner/manager then reasoned to me that we don't have a reservation. I said, well all the more your service is bad, because you could not bring out our food in ample time even with no customers around.
By 815pm, I told them to take away the rest of our food and the remaining orders, cancel some fried rice orders too because it just took too long!

I also called them to confirm to do that, I told them twice to call me if they couldn’t find it. 2.5 hours later nothing, then they called me that his phone wasn’t charged so he couldn’t call me.. No sorry, no offering of a free delivery, nothing. He asked ME how we could solve this 😂 I mean, we are in covid time with closed restaurants and you can’t even give good service with your customers.. BUT they really mess the customer head with their ordering system and their ´ unlimited formula ´!!! The ´ owner ´ is really tough to his team ! He seems gently but he’s not… and they are not nice in terms of ´ selling ´: we ´ ve asked to switch out order into an unlimited menu, the ´boss’ said yes.. BUT once we had to pay: no possibility to get this unlimited menu !!!!!! Really annoying !!!! I recommend you take the unlimited menu
