J-class Caffè — Restaurant in Genoa

A star is a bit too much for this place, the staff isn't friendly at all. I asked nicely to change my cocktail because it had plastic in it, they said it was from a strawberry bag but when it came back "remade" it had plastic again!!! For me and for my mother in law. How is this even possible? Don't waste your time here, it's really something else and not in the good way.

Un esperienza non positiva, tavoli non puliti, tovagliette sporche così Come bicchieri e posate. Per non parlare della foto. Direi che in questo periodo ci so o cose su cui non si può sorvolare! 🤷🏻‍♂️ Unica cosa positiva che se consumi, non paghi il parcheggio!

Mentire, sapendo di mentire, il suo tentativo di evitare un recensione negativa e veramente patetico. Avrebbe fatto meglio ad ammettere la verità, avrebbe migliorato la sua votazione. Buongiorno signora Elena, comprendo quasi tutto, non è mai stata mia intenzione discriminare qualcuno xke già io sono discriminato!! Era solo x farle capire che ero stato presso il suo locale cosa che penso sia ora chiara. Cosa che invece lei ha messo in dubbio negando di avere la linea di salini e tovagliette si vedono nella foto, e di cui lei non fa cenno. WONDERFULL...FRIENDLY Happy staff and the background music is so smooth and relaxing, I need 1/2 an hour here every morning before working on the boat. The young barista makes the perfect Cafe Americano, so it feels like home.
