Cocciuto — Restaurant in Milan

Ambiente molto moderno e curato, vorrei poter dire lo stesso del cibo e del servizio.

Ero già andata altre volte per la pizza, puntualmente servita bruciata, e a questo giro avevo optato per qualcosa di diverso dal momento che l'hamburger si è dimostrato più volte una buona scelta. Girando sul menù mi ero finalmente decisa di ordinare una pokè al salmone, scelta presa (ahimè) anche da alcuni miei colleghi. Purtroppo tutti i piatti in questione si sono rivelati salatissimi e contenevano dei veri e propri blocchi di riso ancor più salati, segno che evidentamente il riso non era stato scongelato e rimescolato correttamente; la salsa teriyaki non è stata pervenuta e non sono bastati i tocchi di avocado e di pomodorini per migliorare il sapore complessivo. Di comune accordo abbiamo segnalato la situazione al personale facendo presente il problema, che per tutta risposta ci disse che la base del riso "[l'ho assaggiata ed] è buona" e che è stato l'eccessivo uso di salsa di soia a rovinare il piatto, senza soffermarsi sull'effettiva quantità di prodotto presente sui piatti-- per esempio nel mio non c'era pressoché traccia. Increduli per la risposta volutamente stizzita, il personale ci ha proprosto se:

1. Tenere i piatti che avevamo e continuare a mangiare;
2. Farci portare lo stesso piatto ma rifatto ex novo, "ovviamente" con le porzioni ridimensionate a seconda della quantità di cibo che era rimasto nel piatto precedente. Dopo aver ripiegato sulla seconda scelta (seppur discutibile), ci siamo ritrovati un piatto dalla consistenza del riso totalmente diversa ma trattato fortemente con l'aceto questa volta, cosa che mi ha portato proprio a evitare di mettere anche solo un altro tipo di condimento per non rendere il tutto direttamente immangiabile.

Tirando le somme il costo del piatto (16 euro) è stato surclassato ampiamente dalla quantità (e qualità) di bottiglie d'acqua ordinate, portandoci così a casa quasi una bottiglia da 75cl a persona per un gruppo di 10. Il mio fortissimo disappunto non deriva neanche dalla povera preparazione del piatto in sé, ma dal trattamento scocciato e poco disponibile a fronte di un gruppo di clienti che spesso scelgono di recarsi in questo locale e che pagano profumatamente a fronte di un rendimento mediocre. Consiglio finale: se siete costretti a mangiare qui prendete gli hamburger, vista la presenza di peli nell'insalata direi che neanche quella...

Great ambiance and design. However, the customer service is terrible: 1- the menu says the burgers come with wavy fries and when we asked (thankfully) they said the menu is wrong! Ok but can you replace the chips with wavy fries? They said no even though it's the same cost in the sides menu!!

2- they asked us if we want ketchup and we said yes, then later on charged us 4€ for two pinches of ketchup. An embarrassment for a decent restaurant

3- the burger arrived pink, bland and below mediocre, when I complained they said we can't cook the 100gram patty more and that's it, they didn't even apologize or listen to a customer complaint

4- the waitress and the cashier were both rude/grumpy

5- no value for money

I would never recommend this place to anyone nor go again...

We spent an evening with a group of friends at the restaurant. The staff was very nice from the beginning and the wine recommendation was very good. However, given that the pizza is not only very hyped but prices per pizza are around 16€ I was very disappointed. When the pizza was brought to the table it had room temperature at most. The taste was very uninspired, feeling like it lacked some ingredients, and given the variety of great pizza places in Milan I would not come again simply because the food quality to price ratio was very much disappointing.
