It’s a place with two faces, but the ugly is far worse. On my first visit, I had a great experience—so much so that I returned just three days later. But on my second visit, the service was unrecognizably poor. I made the same simple request as before: a burger with no bun (gluten free). This time, Miguel flat-out refused, saying he was “told not to do it,” without explaining why or by whom. When I mentioned I’d leave a review, he also refused service to my friend.

They have mastered the correct meat-to-bun, toppings-to-sauce, and burger-to-mouth ratios, otherwise known as the holy trinity of burgers. (I just made that up). My only complaint is their drinks, and this can easily be fixed. They currently have no ice for their soda fountain, and the unfortunate choice of PepsiCo over Coca-Cola.
