This place gets enormously crowded and the panzerotti are fresh; therefore the order will take more or less one hour during peak times/holidays. I understand that it’s not the best to wait for such a long time for a panzerotto but to be fair, they’re constantly busy preparing everyone else’s orders who came before you (which understandably takes time) -not that immediately after your order they’re available to prepare yours, and they actually inform you during the payment that it would take about an hour. Some people get incredibly impatient and annoyed but I don’t think it’s okay given the facts the location, atmosphere and freshly made food.

Food: it’s good and i liked the dough, it was nicely crispy and the fillings were good. I recommend the place.

Food was great, although we had to wait almost 25 minutes for the food after ordering.

The menu is inside so by the time you get to the point where they take your order you don’t get enough time to look at the menu. Would recommend viewing the menu online first.

The panzerotti were both excellent, extremely tasty. However if we would have know how long we would have had to wait outside to get them we would have gone elsewhere. Plenty of other people were in the same situation. Maybe Sunday night is a busy period.

I don’t usually go for fried foods, but this place has changed my mind! I got the carbonara calzone and it was light, not at all greasy, ooey gooey deliciousness! The cheese, the egg yolk, the light crust! Had this at 3 PM and will definitely not need dinner, so filling! 10 minute wait for two orders and only 9.00€ total-such a deal! Lots of flavor, satisfying, and fast-perfect if you’re starving and in a rush! Two thumbs up!
