Roadhouse Restaurant Roma Vittorio Emanuele II — Restaurant in Rome

Great lil place, glad we chose it! We were initially heading to Billy Tacos after a lengthy day of touring the Colosseum, Forum, etc, because we saw it from the tour bus and thought it sounded quick and easy, so we were gonna hit it real quick. When we arrived, it turned out Billy's and Roadhouse are connected, so we looked at both menus, and decided Roadhouse would be good.

And it was! We ordered a bucket of some mixed ribs to start off, and I had the Costata steak (medium rare, because I enjoy deliciousness) with a baked potato and some green beans and they were all scrumdiddlyumptious!

Service was quick, staff was friendly & awesome, hell I think even the chef came out and asked how it was!

Came here after a long day trip out of Rome, and it was right outside the bus stop. We were the only ones inside, since we got there right when it opened and as Americans, eat a lot earlier than most in Rome. So there was very quick service, and our server was very patient with us. We had the mix and match 2 person special, the mini burgers, the coffee + dessert trio, and the oreo cheesecake. The ribeye was tasty, while the other meat was just ok. The mini burgers were good, but they were a little skimpy. It was a little over-priced for the okay quality. The dessert was pretty good. It was a good meal, but...

Fascinating selection of burgers, steaks and ribs, with some specials and discounted menu items every day. I had an Oktoberfest burger, a German wheat beer and a sausage snack as starter. It was nicely prepared and served with a variety of sauces, but the combination with pretzel bread a bit too heavy on the palate. The place was clean, the decor attractive, the service was good and fast but when I visited business (table-served meals) was quite slow. I believe they were also doing home deliveries...
