We have stayed at the Alpina Dolomites Hotel in the period of 14-28 February. This was our second stay after the first one in March 23”. The location: Hotel is located right in the Center of the Seiser Alm / Alpe Di Suisi ski region. Once leaving the Ski Room, Your are within the close location to all the slopes around. You are also able to transfer within 30” to the other Ski Regions within Sella Ronda. You can not have a better location than this. The Food: Three different restaurants serving grate variety of food. There is a Challet with perfectly done Steaks , Italian with delicious Sea Food and the International hosting breakfasts and dinners in the Typical Tirol style as well as international quisie . The kids as well as the adults loved every moment of it. The Staff: entire staff, starting from Reception Desk, Restaurant Chefs and waiters, housekeeping and support stuff were grate ! Special thanks to Goran for helping out with everything upon arrival and Maja for wonderful entertainment time with the kids. Last but not least- management is always there to make sure all is good. Facilitates: all the facilities-restaurants, pools, sauna are in perfect conditions and well maintained . SPA is also there serving best of it. We were very happy with our stay and we will be back for sure .

If you are looking for a place in the mountains, where to get spoiled and pampered while your eyes get lost in this breathtaking natural and wilderness view ,this is the place to come.Located in Compatsch, it is a hamlet, located at 1820 m. above sea level ,part of the municipality of Castelrotto. It is home to the Alpe di Siusi Red Cross and offers just few amenities(shops and huts). The connection to the habited center is a gondola lift operating only during the summer season and a small road to get here but only if you stay in a hotel otherwise you have to leave your car down at the beginning of the mountain feet. It is a summer destination for many tourists for its splendid climate and for the panorama of the Sciliar massif and the Plateau of the Sassolungo. The welcome greeting was warm and very hospitable where you get proper introduction and information about the structure whereupon they accompany you to the main bar for a complimentary drink while they take care about your luggage. The rooms are very well and meticulously conceived with many details at the proper place to make the room itself the most comfortable experience. The room is mainly decorated in wood, wrapped in a delicate smooth carpet on the floor, which connects evenly with the rest of the elegant furniture.A lovely comfortable King size bed extends on the right hand side of the room having in front a huge Terrance window that faces the Sassolungo plateau, which you can enjoy while lying in bed.The bathroom is isolated by a huge glass window door containing a luxury bathtub and rain shower,a double sink set that is placed in front of a large mirror and next to it an independent separated toilette. The large terrace fitted with table and chairs offers a comfortable outdoor setting along this magnificent and spectacular view,to be enjoyed throughout the day specially in the evening before sundown.Breakfast is a complete program they offer where according to me nothing is missing, from a large bread selection, fresh fruits, yogurts, sweets and salted dishes, orange squeezer or Juicer to fresh made egg dishes you request at the moment. The service is excellent overall with a very attentive and professional staff that offers you maximum care, the same happens during lunch or dinner where the food quality was very good and presented in a spectacular way to highlight the dishes. The Wellness area, i guess the pictures speak for themselves,it's just amazing, perfect location, bright space-full areas, comfortable deck chairs, different saunas, steam baths and relaxing corners with a huge inside pool plus a little one outside. The Fitness center also a very large room with a lot of light and many different equipment to train at your desire. And the best thing of all is that you are at two feet in any direction from the moment you step out the Hotel to a path that let you climb any mountain top.I guess there is not much to add, better then this it can't be.I have to add a little observation, always I state that it is my opinion, regarding the excessive prices at the Bar and restaurant for Wine and liqueurs,i think that it is outrageous to over priced items that way knowing what the real market price is,i understand that business is business but everything has a limit. Conclusion, this is one experience I will...

COMO Alpina Dolomites was one of the best places we’ve ever stayed at.||From the moment we got there, everything just felt so right. The vibe, the details—literally everything was spot on. You can tell the people here actually care. It’s luxury but not stuck-up, cozy but still super polished.||Our room? It was wild. Way better than what we expected. We had this huge jacuzzi tub that could fit six people (not kidding), two glass showers, two walk-in closets, and even a red light relaxation room—like, what!? There was even a dining table that sat six. It felt more like a private chalet than a hotel room.||The food was amazing too. Every meal was so good—breakfast, snacks, dinner—just all really well done. We ate at Chalet, their newer restaurant, and yeah there were a couple small hiccups, but they fixed them right away. You can tell it’s going to be really great once they settle in.||But the real star was the staff. Everyone we talked to was super friendly and helpful. Luigi and Leonardo at the bar were awesome—so fun to chat with and made the best drinks. We found ourselves looking forward to seeing them every night. Anna at the front desk helped us with some train issues and gave us great ideas for hikes with the kids.||Speaking of kids—we brought our two, and I wasn’t sure how a luxury spot would handle that, but they were totally cool. Everyone was so nice to them, like they were happy we were all there. That meant a lot.||The pool was amazing too. It’s partly indoors but opens up to the outside—so cool. We didn’t get to try the spa this time, but it looked beautiful. And yeah, bring your swimsuit!||Honestly, the whole place felt like this mix of Italy and Germany in the best way possible. It was calm, clean, and just worked.||Not going to lie—I almost didn’t want to write this because part of me wants to keep it our little secret 😂. But they deserve the shoutout. We’re already trying to figure out when we can go back.||If you’re thinking about staying here—just do...

Location is great for accessibility to hiking areas and views. Quick responses when in person at hotel from the front desk and concierge. Excellent service in restaurants. But whomever designed this hotel had an obsession with blue…from blue shag rugs, tables, chairs, lamp shades, it’s blue everywhere you look. I’m not a fan and wish it had more of a soothing mountain chic decor feel. But, I will say that it is all new decor and in new condition. After visiting other 5 star resorts in the Dolomites I don’t prefer this overly exaggerated blue decor…but if decor isn’t your thing, this place is excellent for location, views and generally service. They can improve the software to schedule spa appointments as this was super cumbersome and took spa staff over 30 minutes to book a few appointments because appointment booking software is terrible. Concierge is great but during busy morning hours, there should be two concierge to help because one person isn’t enough to handle so many people, but she did a great job. Check in was easy, room service is fast, valet was quick, spa is lovely. But I recommend changing the decor and improving ease of scheduling spa appointments. I emailed before arriving to request spa appointments so if be all set when we arrived, but nobody responded. Also, there could be some variability in breakfast items offered as after 3 days of same breakfast, it gets a little boring. Overall, we’d definitely stay here again, but this is just constructive criticism to improve this resort even further. Thank you to the staff for a...
