Napulè Pizzeria Ristorante — Restaurant in San Miniato

The place is very nice, in the middle of Tuscany. Very easy to find, with a large parking lot next to it. We had pizzas yesterday, and they’re the best we had in Italy so far. The best thing about the restaurant is the staff. They’re very friendly and nice, they chat with customers and make them feel very welcome, despite us coming in during the last half hour of the opening hours, they welcomed us and were very nice. A big greeting to Boris (sorry if the spelling is incorrect). He is the best we’ve met in Tuscany! Will definitely go back to this restaurant...

Arrivati alle 20:30 siamo usciti quasi alle 23:00 ma perché? Un'errore può succedere ma la differenza la fa la gestione dell'errore. Abbiamo aspettato per un'ora e mezzo l'arrivo della pizza, fino a quando un cameriere ci ha chiesto "volete il dolce?" la mia risposta "se ci portate le pizze è meglio!", da quel momento dopo del sobbuglio in pizzeria e la promessa che in 5 minuti sarebbero arrivate (avevano perso la comanda) sono continuate ad uscire una 15na di pizze di altri tavoli per ancora una ventina di minuti, e persone che erano arrivate parecchio dopo di noi avevano già finito (ps: non siamo stati gli unici ad avere questo "problema"). Non per altro eravamo in 6, dei quali 2 bambini piccoli che ovviamente dopo 2 ore si sono scocciati e la mamma non ha mangiato nemmeno la pizza. Dopotutto siamo arrivati a pagare con 1€ di sconto (grazie eh.. e nemmeno uno scusa) e la cassiera si è addirittura scocciata che pagavo con il bancomat. Qui di napoletano c'è solo il nome...io ve lo dico. Ah giusto, pizze di bassissimo livello. Sicuramente non ci torneremo e speriamo...
