If you've never tried cheese from a cheese wheel, sliced with a hot knife you haven't lived! Their cheese on bread is to die for.

We also really enjoy their all you can drink menu option. But I will say that it used to be way more generous in the past and recently when we visited we noticed it changed drastically. They basically doubled the price ( the menu lists it as per 30 min instead of one hour, but you have to pay for a minimum of one hour.... So it still looks like you're getting the same deal as before, but not really). We still enjoy the drink selection, but I was a little disappointed to see the price went up so much.

We will still go back though as we really enjoy this place on the water. It's a great way to wrap up your night with drinks outside on the patio...

Overall, the food was underwhelming. Everything felt like it was missing a key element. I tried the deer, oysters, stuffed mushrooms, mussels, and roast beef sushi. The roast beef sushi stood out with nice, thick slices and good flavor, but everything else was just “ehh.”

I can’t really comment on the service since we were the only ones in the restaurant and were simply handed a QR code. Honestly, QR codes should be removed from dining experiences, it takes away from the atmosphere and hospitality that makes going out to eat special.

The biggest disappointment was the drinks. My first beer had a fly in it, and the second beer had dirt floating in the foam. That’s a deal...

WORST customer service I have experienced in Japan.

We as a group of 7 Asians got denied of entry while the restaurant is 20% occupied on Monday 7:40pm. The owner / staffs told us we cannot walk in because we have 7 people. I told them I can pay for 8 people if 7 people is a concern. They then told us the reason is no advanced reservation…

We don’t mind got declined because everyone has free will to take customers. So I also have the free will to write this negative review here to let everyone knows not all restaurants in Japan hold the high standard as you expect.
