Absolutely love this ramen shop. I’m glad I choose this place for quick dinner stop in the mall. I went to the shopping mall in the very cold day so getting hot ramen was perfect choice. They got amazing Mt Fuji view with huge window too. Tho their ramen got very strong fish broth so if you are not into that flavor I wouldn’t recommend it. Personally I like fish soup a lot so it’s perfect for me. I got a small rice ball on the side and made soup risotto at the end. Omg it’s to die for. I would go back there again when I go to the shopping mall again.

※鯛ラーメン 950円 ※炙りチャーシュー鯛ラーメン1350円大盛り100円を注文しました。オーダーして完成したら鳴ってくれる呼び出しブザーをもらうのですが、もらってから30秒位で鳴りました。間違いだろうと思ったらもう完成！早い！鯛ラーメンも、炙りチャーシュー鯛ラーメンもスープは同じ。鯛の出汁がしっかり効いているのに、魚臭さは全くなくてとても美味しいです。ただチャーシューは違いがあり、鯛ラーメンは鶏チャーシュー、炙りチャーシュー鯛ラーメンは豚チャーシューでした。鶏チャーシューはやはりパサパサしていて低評価。豚チャーシューは美味しいのですが、薄くてペラペラ。正直言ってもう少し厚みが欲しい。カップラーメンじゃないんだから！と思いました。チャーシュー麺と言ってるのにチャーシューが少ないのって嫌ですよね。このスープならば麺はもう少し低加水の硬めの方がいいのではないかと思いました。でも、全体的に美味しいと思います。スープは好き。だからちょっと自分の好みに近づけたくなってしまいました。ご馳走様です。
