Certainly one of the most memorable sushi experience my wife and I have had, over our 3 trips to Japan over the last 10 years. For some reason, the opening hours in Google are wrong, which made us arrive before time and wait for a while before the owner could attend and serve us. This was also the first time that someone explained to us how to eat sushi in the correct way. Thank you a lot for this great experience!...

One interesting item was the fried/grilled prawn head.
Chef An is 77 this year, and has been a sushi chef for 60 of...
