Snow Peak Cafe&Dining 大阪りんくう — Restaurant in Izumisano

We went there last weekend to celebrate my birthday. It was actually a spur of the moment decision to go there since our original destination is quite far and it was raining heavily. Well, the restaurant’s ambience and space is nice and cozy. The restaurant’s theme is camping. The self-service unlimited drip coffee is good. Being a coffee ☕️ lover, that one inclusion in the restaurant menu was quite enticing. I was on a diet so I avoided the beef and pork and got a roasted chicken lunch set. For a hefty price for a lunch meal, I was disappointed with the taste. Presentation is nice, amount of vegetables on the side not too bad but the salad dressing was too salty (so much for wanting to eat healthy). The soup as well was a tad less salty than the nearby sea lol. For real, just a little sip and you’ll know it’s full of umami - msg salty goodness for those who love it but I don’t. The roasted chicken was the real disappointment because it’s dry and chewy! It was overcooked, I bet it’s been at the roaster for a long time. A camping themed restaurant located at the end of Rinku Town Outlet. It’s situated by Marble Beach and has amazing sea view. Food was hit and miss. The 3 of us all ordered steak, mine with steak and chicken leg. My steak was severely overcooked even though I placed the steak on top the vegetables from the start, meaning it was already overcooked before reaching the iron pan that was served on. We went in and ordered 2 take away drinks for 2 people but then we decided to sit inside, 1 min later a staff came to us and said we can’t sit inside as we ordered take away… there were plenty of seats available so I don’t really get it, been to many cafe and no one ever said this before haha like..
