We had an amazing kaiseki dinner at Moriaka in Kyoto. Every dish was beautifully presented and full of delicate seasonal flavors. The owner, who is also the chef, creates special recipes every day, which makes every visit unique .

Although the staff does not speak much English, they used Google Translate and managed to communicate a thousand times better than most other restaurants in the country where we live. Both the owner and the waitress were incredibly kind, patient, and welcoming, which made the whole experience even more special.
