あくまで個人的な意見ですが、担々麺好きの自分としては、この店の担々麺は【担々麺】ではなく【ほんのりピリ辛ごまラーメン】といった感じ。 個人的には1回行けば十分。 麺はまるで輪ゴムみたいで、ご飯に合わない。 花椒などのスパイス系の深みは感じないし、一番人気という3辛は、自分にとってはほんのりピリッとする程度なので物足りない。 本格四川派の人はいきなり5辛以上でもよさそうだが、そもそも本格派の人には向かないかも。 ただ、辛いのが苦手な人には良いかもしれません。 ラーメンの味以外にも諸々の不機嫌になる理由が複数あって、この評価です。 ▼ 追記:知り合いに付き添う形で渋々2回目来店。 5辛の担々麺を食べてみたが、やはりガッカリの"ただただ辛いだけのゴマラーメンだった。 初期には無かったカレーも食べてみたけど普通。 これで岐阜の店舗と同じ値段ならともかく、名古屋だから？高い...
