It is a cute place with a very nice view of Biwako. l really like the terrace where you are watching the lake over a green grass field. The food was delicious. Staff are very kind and helpful. They even offered an English menu. By mistake, they mixed my drink. They were very kind to offer me a new drink. The only improvement l can suggest is, it will be great if they accept credit cards.

A cute diner boasting tasty breakfast, lunch, and dinner menus served on either of two levels or an outdoor patio right on the edge of Lake Otsu. Entrees range mostly from ¥700-¥1200 with several share-able menu items also available. Accommodating of larger groups, too (went with 9 people and staff pushed tables together for us).

Isn’t the best place for tourist if you don’t know japanese(why would you even be here as a tourist anyways) Scenery’s awesome, have indoors or outdoors option. Chill vibes, def worth the stay. classic vinegar salad dressing. Cheesy white sauce. Fried shrimp have larger crust than expected. Omni rice have the good’o egg flavour emphasised. Dessert is dessert. The exact desserts you have in mind. Food 7/10 Service 6/10 (7-8/10 if there is somebody who could speak some English) Vibe(9/10) café vibe

Very filling pancakes and breakfast-themed brunch/cafe items at this establishment along the lakefront. There is a nice view from the second floor's indoor seating area, but it was fogged up due to condensation. The food was rich and sweet. The pancake (cream cheese and raspberry) was very fluffy, airy and eggy. The almond au lait was ok, but we wonder if we might have enjoyed tea more.

Right on lake Biwa. Beautiful outside seating area with a view. English menu available. Had the mushroom + tomato sandwich! Vegetarian friendly! (Egg, mushroom, tomato, cheese, cucumber). Really pretty and tasty pastries as well. Cash only!

Walk along the Otsu coastline and found this restaurant. The view is superb, you can enjoy the clear sky and seashore in a good day. But the dishes is simple and not quite delicious as expected.
