We’re so happy we found this place!!

We were looking for a place to grab a quick drink & small bite to kill tim while our laundry was being done. After a quick google search Hot Sake Lab popped up as being around the corner and we figure why not pop in and give it a shot.

We figured we’d do an appetizer and head out afterwards. We ended up staying for dinner & we didn’t have a bad bite. The Pate, baked egg, bolognese, and puttanesca we’re absolutely outstanding. The same selection was phenomenal.

Takuya (the Chef & Owner) was incredibly helpful, friendly and paid great attention to every detail! Everything is prepared in house and is cooked perfectly.

My partner and I loved our experience here! We went in around 6pm on a Saturday and were surprised that we were the only ones there. The atmosphere was very relaxing and the owner was kind enough to recommend a sake for us because we had no idea what to choose from the 100+ options. We had been traveling through Japan for 2 weeks. And on our last night in Japan, we came across this wonderful new restaurant/bar. Very relaxing atmosphere, away from the tourist crowds.
