I heard about a bar with its own beer brewery in Ginza, often called the most expensive district in Japan, so I decided to visit on a hot summer day.
With ten different beers to choose from, I was initially overwhelmed. However, thanks to the kind master's explanations and a clear tasting sheet, I was able to make my selection smoothly. The tasting set of three different beers was particularly appealing for my first visit.
Beyond beer, the wine selection was also impressive. I enjoyed learning the story behind each winery as I savored their offerings. The food was excellent too; the master and the staff prepares dishes specifically considering the palette to go with their beverages, which truly delighted my taste buds.
The only problem was that the master and staff were so friendly, and the atmosphere was so enjoyable, that I couldn't help but stay longer than planned; I was planning to stay with a pint of beer at first, turning into four glasses of beer and two...

I literally can't understand how this place has so many good reviews when it's surrounded by much better alternatives.
One pint of mediocre beer cost me ¥2150...
In comparison iBrew which is in the same area with a much better selection of beers cost me ¥3470 for 2 whole pints and 4 half pints - a total of 4 pints!!!
{Less than half the cost for 4 times the amount of beer - comparatively ¥1730 for 2 pints}
The atmosphere in iBrew is better and the staff actually have knowledge of the beer that they are serving.
Brewin' Bar Monde staff don't have much interest in beer and the lineup of beers is a tad pitiful when compared to other nearby options.
I will confirm that they do serve some old dried out soft popcorn 🍿 but {if it costs you ¥500} then it's better to spend that ¥500 on beer at another local establishment that doesn't CHARGE you JUST to sit down!!!

Alcohol levels aren't displayed but are around 5%. The beers are clear rather than rich in taste, even the stout. Due to the basement location, cellular reception is weak, but free Wi-Fi is available. The staff are young, well-managed, and friendly—not robotic like in some typical Japanese bars. There is a surcharge of JPY 500 after 5 PM. A nice hidden gem...
