This is a really good place, the prices aren't bad and the food is great. The setting is very cool, laid out in a sort of "wanna-be Edo" style that actually does work and doesn't seem cheesy (surprisingly - I thought it would be). Make sure to make a reservation and when you do so, tell them which course meal you want. If you don't reserve a specific course meal before you go, you can't have the course and you'll have to piecemeal dinner instead (which is still good, but not as fun). You can walk into this place but reservations are highly recommended. They have some Japanese alcohol (日本酒) selections which are decent including ginjo and nigori. The lamb plate was really good, their grilled fish ("sardines") are quite solid, and the food in general is good quality.

Things we didn’t order showed up and things that we did never came. When we checked the bill, it seemed like some things just didn’t get entered, even though the waitress clarified with us. Overall, still an okay experience, especially as it was...

Our server gave us the bill, but left out over half of our order: we had not even been served yet.The food was subpar- would not come back or recommend, even without the service in consideration. Our server seemed nice, but it seemed there was a lot of miscommunication in the...
