農家レストランぼたん 茶屋 — Restaurant in Toon

東温市のパンフレットで見かけて予約しました。 いってみると、いのとんのクーポンがそこで買えて、最終的にお得な料金で食事できました。

"農家レストラン"というネーミングに惹かれ、 到着すると井内の山奥...傾斜の上にたたずむ古民家でした。

笑顔の奥様に迎えていただき、品の良さが滲み出るお料理の数々♪

ザル蕎麦は、信州長野から持ってきたヒマラヤ原産のヒマラヤルビーを栽培して打ったもので、ご主人の手打ちとか。上品で蕎麦の風味がなんともグッド。写真の赤くて可愛らしい小さな花がそうです。

10月あたりに花畑もみれるそうです。

気に入ったのは前菜の塩ピーナッツ！ はじめての食感！お土産で買って帰りたいくらい美味しい！ 写真の生甘酒もグビグビ...お汁も新鮮なお野菜が入っていて薄味なのにペロリといただいてしまいました。

囲炉裏があるので、冬また訪れたいです。

古民家で宿泊もできます。 トイレも清潔感あって清掃が行き届いています。

ご主人がコツコツ手がけであろうお庭や古時計のコレクションや建物も拝見できます。 こういう器用な方はとにかく尊敬しかありません！

I saw it in a brochure from Toon City and made a reservation.

I was attracted by the name of the restaurant, "Farmhouse Restaurant. When we arrived, we found ourselves deep in the mountains of Inouchi... It was an old house on a slope.

We were greeted by a smiling wife who served us a variety of dishes that exuded elegance.

The zaru soba (buckwheat noodles) were made with Himalayan ruby, a native of the Himalayas brought from Nagano in Shinshu, and handmade by the owner. It is elegant and the flavor of the buckwheat noodle is very good. The red, cute little flowers in the photo are the same.

My favorite appetizer was the salted peanuts! It was my first time to taste them! They were so good I wanted to buy some as souvenirs! I also gulped down the raw sweet sake pictured in the photo... The soup was also filled with fresh vegetables and was very light in flavor, but I ate it all in one sitting.

I would like to visit again in winter as there is a sunken hearth.

You can also stay overnight in an old private house. The restrooms are clean and well kept.

とても親切な、話好きのオーナーでした。井内地区の活性化の中心的人物で、当地区の棚田の話や、どぶろく特区の許可を得るまでの苦労話等を聞いて、溢れんばかりの地元愛が伝わって来ました。 食事は要予約で1日1組に絞っているそうです。囲炉裏や、竃等昔の懐かしい雰囲気を残すため、茶屋は改装を重ねたそうです。食堂の様な所に柱時計が多く有りました。コレクションとして集めた訳ではなく、自然とお客さん等が持って来てくれたそうです。 どぶろくを買って帰りました。...

今回は予約が取れなくて、赤蕎麦畑を見て帰りました。 ぼたん茶屋から100mほど離れた場所に2ヶ所の赤蕎麦畑があります。

蕎麦の花は普通白い花を咲かせますがこの蕎麦は赤い花を咲かせます。赤と言っても薄いピンク、濃いピンクが混ざる感じです。 小さな花ですが濃い色がとても映えて見えます。

遠くの山々を背景にピンクの畑がとてもきれいでした。 棚田が有名な場所ですが、遠くにたくさんの棚田も見えています。
