PINTA Bar&Grill — Restaurant in Astana

Well, I was at this restaurant if you can call it that on Christmas day. The servers seemed friendly enough but we kind of got rushed to order something even thou there might have been 2 other tables of customers. We then found what we wanted and ordered. We placed our order and then the waitress came back to tell us that one of the dishes wasn't available. I went to my backup on the menu and that wasn't available either. She then started to suggest things that weren't remotely close to what I wanted. I finally just said I'll take a New York strip steak thinking how could this go wrong. The drinks came right away. Our food took almost 45 minutes to get the 2 steak orders. We ordered the steaks medium rare. When they came they were still red on the outside like they had not even been cooked and were not New York strips. My wife's simple fish order took 20 more minutes to get and the sauce they put on it was so bad that my wife used a napkin to wipe it off. Overall, it was a seriously bad experience. I personally couldn't eat my steak which they wouldn't take back because I had already eaten a bite of it. That evening after getting home my wife started to not feel good and both my son and myself threw up multiple times. I would tell all that are thinking about this place to stay far away. It is not really a place to visit for good food, or good mood, or good anything in particular. It is, however, quite cheap. Some of their cheaper beer is unbeatable in pricing, and some of the better crafts are reasonably priced as well. Food and snacks are once again almost cheap, however, they also taste cheap. The pizza I had here was just not right... Then I tried fried shrimps, they came in a sizable portion, but they tasted more like chicken than shrimps, and not in a good way. The chips on the side were all burnt and crushed for some reason, and they did not taste like anything. The potatoes my friend ordered were not fully cooked in the middle.

This is not a hit piece on Pinta by any means. Once again, it fills a niche in the mall. You can come here after a full dinner with your friends, and enjoy their cheap beer. Anything else, you should probably think twice...

Этот бар - идеальное место для таких мероприятий 🍻

1. внимательный и улыбчивый персонал 🙂 (💁‍♂️ официант легко ориентировался по меню и ответил на все вопросы по сетам; 🙋 администратор на следующий день позвонила, чтобы получить обратную связь и узнать, что понравилось 👍, а над чем следует поработать 👎);
2. непринуждённая обстановка 😉 хотя и было несколько шумно 💭🙉 (свободных столиков к 8 вечера в пятницу не было);
3. бодрая музыка 🎶🔥 (DJ рандомно ставил годные ремиксы хитов последних трёх десятков лет);
4. Вкусная еда 😋 Большой выбор сетов на компанию. Мы заказали пиво 🍺 два сета к нему, литр безалкогольного коктейля🍹и мороженое ассорти🍦 Очень рекомендую мороженое с бананом (не помню название, но оно одно в меню) - для меня, сладкоежки, это был праздник 😍
5. Адекватная ценовая политика 💳 По сумме вышло чуть больше 15 тысяч тенге;
6. Приятный интерьер, детали которого мне было интересно рассматривать 👀😻 когда коллега отходил покурить 🚬 Для курения отведено небольшое пространство, огороженное от зала стеклом со стилизованными надписями - очень практично и эстетично 😌
7. Чистая дамская комната 🚻 Отметила, что тех.персонал регулярно проводил уборку помещения; что были одноразовые полотенца для рук, автоматический ароматизатор воздуха.

Жаль, что нет танцпола - музыка очень располагала к танцам 💃🕺

Но, в любом случае, своей цели - расслабиться после напряжённой 🤯 трудовой недели - мы добились 🙃😎
