Excellent food and the one waitress was very professional and friendly. Three and a half hours for the menu de dégustation (no coffee afterwards) was rather too long though. Also, when I booked the table, I had to specify which menu we were going to have and the price of that menu was 89 euros, as was the price displayed outside the restaurant. Ambitionierte Küche mit exzellenter Weinbegleitung und zuvorkommenden Service. Wir hatten das 5-Gänge Menü das sehr abwechslungsreich doch ganz stimmig zusammengesetzt ist. Das junge Team hat erst im September 2021 mit dem Betrieb begonnen, da kann man kleinere Unstimmigkeiten beim Ambiente, das trotzdem überarbeitet werden sollte, entschuldigen. Worüber man jedoch nicht hinwegschauen kann, ist dass wir einen Fenstertisch hatten der von der Sonne beschienen wurde, wodurch wir die getrockneten Spülmaschinentropfen am Champagnerglas sehen konnten. Wenn man seinen Gästen ein solch ambitionierte Küche bietet, sollte man auch ein Augenmerk auf das Ambiente legen. Ansonsten ist das Osé ein empfehlenswertes Restaurant.

Une cuisine ambitieuse avec un excellent accompagnement de vin et un service prévenant. Nous avons pris le menu à 5 plats qui est très varié, mais dont la composition est tout à fait cohérente. La jeune équipe n'a commencé à travailler qu'en septembre 2021, on peut donc excuser les petites incohérences dans l'ambiance, qui devrait tout de même être revue. Ce que l'on ne peut cependant pas ignorer, c'est que nous avions une table avec fenêtre qui était éclairée par le soleil, ce qui nous a permis de voir les gouttes de lave-vaisselle séchées sur la coupe de champagne.
