Cafe Fluffy - Everyday Handmade Dessert Cafe: Premium Donuts & Coffee — Restaurant in Iskandar Puteri

Located at the ground floor of Puteri Cove next to The Pasar, there is ample of parking spaces (free) in the gated and guarded compound. The cafe is nicely renovated, clean and spacious. Shopkeeper is very friendly and introduced the flavours and specialties in detail, as well as the promotion which entitles you to a cup of Lavazza coffee for 5RM or hot tea for 10RM with the purchase of any donut.

We purchased two donuts (signature milk and creme brulee) and two drinks totalling to RM42. The donuts are indeed fluffy and we enjoyed the generous milk cream filling Packed 4 donuts home (not in picture) and family enjoyed all the different flavours. More details below:

Milk: the cream carries a subtle milky fragrance. Balanced texture, not too dense and not too light - just right. Served slightly chilled.

Creme brulee: the cream is sweeter than that of the original milk donut. Perhaps the donut could use more crystalized sugar/glazing to enhance the crunch on the crust as i felt it was a little thin, but that could make the donut too sweet. Nonetheless an interesting flavour.

Strawberry: the strawberry cream filling is fragrant and sweetness is just right.

Lemon: the cream is light, citrusy and leans towards the sweeter side rather than sour. Reminds me of a lemon tart.

Blueberry: similar to strawberry, can taste the fragrance of actual blueberries unlike chain brand donuts that’s more syrupy.

Verdict: The donuts with fruit cream filling emphasised more on the natural fragrance of the fruits rather than taking a pure sugar-laden or flavouring approach. Price may be higher than chain brands but worth the premium in my opinion. Location is just right for a mid day coffee break away...

We chanced upon this newly opened cafeteria on 16 March when they first opened and was having some promotion. Unfortunately we did not have the time to patronise it due to time constraint. Gone back yesterday in the evening and was amazed most of their donuts were not available! OMG this signifies they are popular and going fast!

Bought 2 of their signature milk and blueberry cream donuts each for breakfast the next day. I can taste the freshness of the ingredients they have put into these fluffy circles, even after a night of refrigeration. Well done and keep it up!

Atmosphere was great and staff/owner were very friendly. Will definitely be back again to dine in EARLY when we are at Puteri...

I recently tried the Lemon Glazed Doughnut from Fluffy Doughnut, and it was absolutely delicious. The doughnut itself was incredibly fluffy, with just the right amount of zest from the lemon glaze to give it a refreshing tang. Paired with a cup of their hot chocolate, which is perfectly balanced and not overly sweet, it made for a delightful treat.

What makes Fluffy Doughnut even better is that their doughnuts are fresh baked every day and homemade by skilled Korean bakers. The shop is also Muslim-friendly, with no pork, no lard, and no alcohol used in their products. The combination of the fluffy doughnut and the rich, well-balanced hot chocolate is simply fantastic....
