I had an amazing experience at this restaurant, especially because of their delicious buttermilk sauce! The food was absolutely fantastic, with a variety of options including chicken, beef, and seafood, all cooked to perfection. Every dish we ordered was flavorful and well-prepared, making it a truly enjoyable dining experience.
Since it was a public holiday, the restaurant was quite busy, and we had to wait for a table. However, despite the crowd, the staff handled everything exceptionally well. What stood out the most was their incredible service. We came in as a large group, which can sometimes be a challenge for restaurants, but the team went above and beyond to accommodate us comfortably. They quickly arranged tables for us, ensuring that we could all sit together and enjoy our meal without any hassle.
The service crew deserves a special mention. They were all extremely polite, professional, and attentive. From the moment we sat down, they made sure we were comfortable, took our orders with great manners, and even checked in on us multiple times throughout our meal. They made sure our drinks were constantly refilled and asked if we needed anything else. Their hospitality truly made a difference, making us feel welcomed and valued as customers.
Despite the wait due to the crowd, the overall experience was worth it. Great food, fantastic service, and a wonderful atmosphere. I highly recommend this place, especially if you love buttermilk dishes! Shoutout to the amazing staff for their hard work and dedication. We will definitely be...
Read moreIf you're looking for a spot to enjoy a delicious and satisfying lunch in the heart of Kuala Lumpur, Luna Luna at Berjaya Times Square is an absolute must-visit! This cozy yet vibrant restaurant offers a variety of tasty dishes, but the highlight for me is undoubtedly their butter milk chicken.
The moment you step into Luna Luna, you’re greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere. The restaurant has a relaxed vibe, perfect for a quick lunch break or a leisurely meal. The service is always friendly and attentive, and the staff make sure you’re well taken care of, which adds to the overall dining experience.
Now, let's talk about the food. The butter milk chicken is, without a doubt, my go-to order here. The chicken is perfectly crispy on the outside, yet incredibly tender on the inside, with the creamy, flavorful butter milk sauce elevating every bite. The rich, savory sauce with just the right balance of sweetness and spices makes it absolutely irresistible. It's the kind of dish that keeps you coming back for more!
Aside from the butter milk chicken, the restaurant offers a great selection of other dishes, but this one steals the show every time. Whether you're dining alone or with a group of friends, it’s always a satisfying choice.
Overall, Luna Luna at Berjaya Times Square is a fantastic spot for lunch, especially if you're craving something comforting and indulgent. The butter milk chicken alone makes it worth the visit, but the overall dining experience ensures you’ll leave happy and full. Highly recommend it to anyone...
Read moreI was looking around for a dinner with my best friend in Berjaya mall right after using the Imbi MRT, then this food promoter named Tun was offering us a taste of the ayam percik right outside of this restaurant, the taste was soo good. He was friendly. We were having second thoughts on getting dinner there. My friend ask me "Or do you want to have a burger somewhere?" when I was about to answer, Tun silently made a gesture using his hand towards the menu board showing they also have burgers. It was soo funny and at that moment we decided, "yeah let's just have dinner here".
The food was awesome, we ordered the number 4 - Grilled Boneless Chicken Rice Meal with an upgrade for the white rice into fried rice, and the portion was really satisfying. There's good combination of keropok ikan crunchiness and the chicken tender softness. The soup is not bland at all, and the cabbages goes in really well together with all the stuff on the plate. We can choose whether we want the chicken to be spicy but there's another option which is just to choose the non spicy one and take the spicy sauce in a bottle that is already on the table. The sauce on the table is the same as the one in the menu. So we can decide the spiciness level on our food. Overall, I would recommend you to give this restaurant a try, especially when you craving some chicken rice in the mall. A 5 out of 5 from me, and this is the first time I make google review this long....
