If you’re looking for a comforting and flavorful bowl of fish noodles, Madam Fish Noodles is a must-visit! We ordered three different bowls—signature fried fish noodles with milk, fresh fish laifun with milk, and white clam thick noodles—and each one was exceptional in its own way. What truly impressed us was the effort they put into crafting their soup bases. Unlike many places that use a single broth for all their dishes, Madam Fish Noodles creates distinct soup bases for their fish and clam noodles, enhancing the unique flavors of each bowl. The white clam soup, which we added on later, was rich and satisfying, with a generous portion of fresh clams. We also tried the fried prawn fritters, and they did not disappoint! It was clear that they used whole prawns, making each bite crispy and packed with fresh seafood flavor. On top of the delicious food, the lady boss was warm and friendly, making our dining experience even more enjoyable. The prices are reasonable for the quality and portions provided, making this place a great value for seafood lovers. ⭐ Highly recommended for anyone craving a well-executed fish and clam noodle experience!

Came here around 7.30 pm for a quick meal. As the closing time is at 8pm. They have already started mopping the floor. The floor cleaning liquid was smelling really strong, so I decided to sit outdoors. Upon ordering, the lady behind the counter seemed to be aware of the complaints (from other reviews) about the overpowering salted vegetables taste in the soup. She made sure I knew that the soup had salted vegetables and is OK to proceed my order. Food was average. For the soup, it is true that the salted vegetables dominated the soup. I could hardly taste any seafood broth. For the price paid, I would prefer the soup to have more fragrant fish broth. Fish was fresh.

Happened to come across this lovely seafood noodle restaurant and going in was the best decision. I had a delicious, hearty bowl of seafood curry noodles. Staff were quick to adapt my food to my preferences without a fuss. The fish was the winner for me being so fresh and moist. The spice level was as perfect and you can ask for chilli Pago if you need more of a chilli kick. The price and portion sizes are reasonable especially considering how much seafood you get. For drinks I had their cold, sweet herbal tea which was refreshing and not too sweet. I highly recommend popping in if in the area!
