If you value your time, avoid this place. The service wasn’t just slow, it was completely disorganized. Staff were rushing around, looking overwhelmed, yet no one seemed to have control over the situation.

It took over 5 minutes just to get a menu and even longer for someone to take our order. The real frustration came when we had to wait more than 45 minutes for our food, with no updates, or no apologies. By the time the food finally arrived, I had already lost my appetite. The bean sprout chicken was just average, nothing special and certainly not worth the long wait.

Highly recommend, shop is clean and newly furnished (according to the boss, they are opened for over a year) and definitely very authentic Ipoh chicken and super yummy! It's also cheaper than the next door one 😛 I went for 2 portion chicken (tight part and super juicy), noodles with soup (must have in Ipoh) and beansprouts and herbal drink (lou han guo). Our first meal in Ipoh! We passed by and it looked interesting. The boss was very welcoming and suggested the specials, so if you get confused, do go with his recommendations, they're all very tasty.
