Rino’s Pizzería Cancún — Restaurant in Cancún

This is not the first time we come to this restaurant and the food is simply perfect!! The choices on the menu and the quality of the food is amazing, totally recommend. The only downside is the waiter, Emilio. He was really nice the whole evening until we came to pay. We left 15% tip cash and paid the rest by card. His face completely changed!!! Its like we insulted him, he didn't even say thank you and asked the person paying the bill if they wanted to close the bill as is (as in if she wanted to add more tip on the card). He was super frustrated and turned his back on us and left without saying thank you or bye. All night we complimented the service so much and even when we gave him his tip we said it was impeccable. But when we saw his face at the end we just realized he was just a hypocrite and ruined the whole experience. He kept insisting on us leaving a review, well...

Dear owners, it is not enough to pretend that your restaurant is of a high standard to be like that.

1.not a single napkin on the table Black tea with the taste of sewage from which the stomach ached (the waiter only laughed at this remark and still included in the bill) A manager came up to me and asked if everything was fine, I asked for help with the password from the Wi-Fi, but he left and did not return. I asked the waiter to enter the password twice, but he entered it incorrectly Very long service When the waiter brought the bill, he seriously asked me how much I would tip him, 10 or 15% :) it was very funny. This is the first time in my life that I come across this. After I said 0% the waiter looked at me very displeased. I know that tip is accepted in Mexico, but it should be earned and not begged I had to take medicine...

So we had a pizza and a ravioli with spinach. The pizza was very good but the ravioli was bad. They put to much sage in it and was very very bitter. We told the waiter about the food and he took the plate, we didn’t want to replace the plate. In the end when we had to pay we realized that they charced the ravioli, we said that we don’t pay for this ravioli and the waiter said that they can’t cancel it, but we insisted that we don’t pay for it, so he went inside and came back said that he talked with tha manager and is not possible to cancel it. And we wanted to talk to manager and we went again inside and came with the modified bill. So finally the could change it. So be carefull...
