Not only does this place have the best pizza in Ensenada (and Ensenada has some good pizza joints), they have some of the best pizza in the world. Their dough is home made sour dough. Incredible pizza. Even better still are the ribs. Best ribs I've ever had ever! Fred Flintstone tip your car over slab of ribs. Big giant fall off the bone beef ribs served with home made sour dough and mashed potatoes. And to top it off, the micro crafted brews are amazing. Baja Craft House serves up the most amazing thin crust SOURDOUGH pizza, made from their own starter! It's so good that I can no longer stomach pizza from any other restaurant in the area, and I have tried them all! Both the atmosphere and the staff are friendly and welcoming, and I love their award-winning craft beers. This is my Ensenada local microbrewery and the beer is very good. Everyone is friendly and I have not tried the food because my friends have been feeding me, but it looks great when it comes out from the kitchen.
