A Disastrous Dining Experience
I recently had the misfortune of dining at Piacere. While the location is undeniably picturesque, the service was atrocious. Our waiter, displayed a shocking lack of professionalism and courtesy.
From the moment we arrived, we were met with a sullen demeanor and a reluctance to fulfill basic requests. It took multiple attempts to obtain a menu, as he seemed more interested in avoiding eye contact than providing service. His attitude was consistently rude and dismissive.
Perhaps most egregious was his insistence on a 50% tip. Tips are intended to reward exceptional service, not to compensate for the bare minimum. His poor performance was a far cry from deserving such a generous gratuity.
While the food was decent, it was overpriced for the quality. It seemed as though the restaurant was primarily capitalizing on its beachfront location, rather than offering value for money.
In conclusion, I would strongly advise against dining at Piacere. The subpar service and exorbitant prices make it a truly...

All-inclusive has a limited food and drink menu, an infinity pool facing the ocean, and sandy beach access that you can get in without any rocks. The sandy part of the ocean is calm and good for floating and wading, followed by seaweed along the piers, and then more sandy ocean beyond that.
Drink options: Dos Equis, margarita, Long Island, Cuba libre, Paloma, conga, mezcalina, tequila sunrise, pina colada, daiquiri, soft drinks, water
Food options (from best to worst): ceviche, pizza (pepperoni, margarita and Hawaiian), empanadas (really big, more like baked calzone), shrimp tacos, fish or chicken tacos, fish and chips (tiny), hummus, a couple salads, nachos, chicken fingers and fries (tiny), pastas (did not try).
The food was generally mediocre, but we got our money’s worth for sure, probably in drinks alone. I switched to straight mezcal shots, but the drinks were...

We loved it so much that we booked the following Sunday the same week! The Ocean was incredible, the views were like being in a movie! The food was great along with the service of the friendly staff! We really liked this spot as it was quiet and not blasting with loud music and loud people. There are other Beach clubs on the Island that have the loud party music and people but this is not ideal for our own personal opinion. Karen was more than accommodating with her professional attitude and friendly demeanor! We'll be back at Christmas time this year and will be doing 3-4 Beach club days ! I 1000% recommend this Beach Club and will be spreading the word to my friends! Mucho Gracias...
