Uncle Beef Providencia — Restaurant in Jalisco

The place is relaxing and the menu has variety. I would like the hamburgers to have sesame seed buns, but that's just my own personal preference. I would also like for the waiters to ask how we would like the patty to be cooked given that mine was medium rare. Luckily I was able to keep it down because I do not do well with undercooked meat and the burger I tried was tasty but I prefer my meat well done. Just a suggestion, ask the customer how they like their meat because someone can get sick from undercooked meat. The patties are not that thick and the burgers as a whole are not that large which is fine but the food here is just ridiculously overpriced and I would have to have had the best burger in the world to willingly pay these prices. I think management is treating this place too much like a bar with their variety in alcohol rather than a place where you can relax, enjoy good food, and not worry about how much you have in your wallet. On a positive note, I really enjoyed the fries here. They were nicely balanced on season and salt which I love in fries. I am a fries maniac and would come back here just for those. I also really enjoyed the oreo milkshake. It was very creamy and sweet. Maybe next time I'll just get some fries...

es un buen lugar , las hamburguesas se ven pequeñas pero son engañosas , por que si te pueden llenar , la atención es buena , el punto malo es cuando uno hace un análisis de comparación de precio/calidad , en general todo es muy caro, y aunque la hamburguesa la sirven con un complemento , no ni por sabor ni por cantidad vale lo que te cobran, gastando lo mismo puedes comer mas y mas rico en cuarto de kilo ( aunque no con mejor ambiente ) , y por otro lado , las malteadas son muy ricas , pero van en una porción muy pero muy pequeña para lo que cuestan , por poner en un ejemplo en cualquier jhonny rockets de EEUU te sirven tu copa de malteada mas el resto de malteada que no cupo en tu copa directamente en el vaso donde se preparo, mientras que en uncle beef es solo lo que cabe en la pequeña copa que te dan , y esto por un precio casi identico. Es un lugar que hay que visitar si eres amante de las hamburguesas , pero del que seguramente ( si sabes de este tipo de restaurantes ) no te quedaran...

Excellent quality all around, ordered here from a delivery place a few times and tonight decided to come in and eat. The place is very nice and is clean. It is on the second floor and the kitchen is open. The quality is great and I would recommend. However why is my fries not all the way full in the serving cup...
