I went to the restaurant while waiting for my flight connection.. I was received by a hostess, I asked to see the menu then I asked for a burger called "Terayaki" it comes with bacon so I asked to be served separately for my son.. her replied with a very arrogant actitud was "no! Then it has to be without it", I asked again, just please put it on the side, and I explained to her that I did want the bacon just didn't want it in the burger.. she hesitated and finally said "ok!" Then she left.. I found this disrespectful so waited for her to comeback and I told her that I didn't want it anymore, that I was going to eat somewhere else.. then she replied "its too late, it has been added to the system you have to pay for it!" It took her less than 30 seconds for her to comeback, plus the restaurant was full.. She was upset because I refused to pay for it so she called another girl, who it was even more difficult than the first one and with a very aggressive approach and loud voice said "whats the problem" didn't say hello, didn't ask if she could help.. nothing! I told her that I simply didn't want the burger any longer.. she followed with "But why? What is the reason?", I repeated myself that I've just changed my mind and she as well tried to make me pay for it. Again, I refused to pay for the horrible "customer service" and for something I didn't want.. Then hear this!!!! She said "ITS BECAUSE YOU CAN'T AFFORD IT!!!" Then she started laughing and went back inside. I left then I comeback to ask for her name, she said her name was Liliana, I read her tag name and she quickly tried to covered it up.. it was Yahinira/Yhanira Liliana (I couldn't read it properly) I told her that I would like to bring this up to her head office if possible she said "yeah, whatever, okay" then left.. I was sooo confused by the whole thing.. I've been never treated soo poorly, it is very sad to see one of my favorite beer's name at sucha place.. The incident was today, January 14th, 2021 around 5:30pm At the Stella Artois (Taba) restaurant bar, international Airport Benito Juarez (Ciudad Mexico).

Bad bad experience in all !!!! The 1st time we went there, the food was not that great. When my husband paid the bill, he left 15% for the tip and the waiter said it wasn't enough and wanted more. We left without giving him more because he was pretty rude! Not a pleasant behavior for a waiter. Yesterday, we stopped again there as we were in a hurry and so we ordered our food. If you've seen the plate we had, fried, dried, overcooked chicken drumsticks but most likely the sight of those vegetable sticks (celery and carrots) they were dried and brown and certainly not fresh and looked like they've been I don't know where but we didn't eat them at all. My husband put his on the table and showed them to the waiter. He took them and tossed them in the garbage can. Really? I had the feeling that they were someone else's food that they didn't eat!!! And again, when it was time to pay which was pretty expensive for what we had but we paid it anyway, we just wanted to get the hell out of there. So...he wanted his tip and my husband showed him again my veggies that looked as bad in my plate and said no tip. He then left that place. Wow!!! Who do they think we are. Don't they have any pride or any respect for the customers? We usually never complain for the food when it's properly cooked or fresh. So....WARNING...Please try to avoid...

This has to be the best food at the Mexico City Airport by far. Their tacos are super flavourful and their drinks are great and cold. The service was nice with our server being super attentive and the food coming out quickly.

We tried a plate (can't remember what it was called) to share which basically was just a bunch of cheese and tortillas. If I ever needed a reason to eat cheese, this could be it. You add on some of the spicy sauce and lime juice to make the best cheesy bite ever.

We also each had their Mixed Tacos and absolutely adored them. I kept some of the spicy sauce from the previous shared meal and added that on - best idea ever. Make sure to ask for some spicy sauce (not too spicy - don't worry) to have with your tacos.

Other things to note would be the freshly hand made sangria which I tried and loved as well as their selection of beers.

Covid protocols were followed pretty well. Everyone was seated far from one another, the servers wore masks (properly) and there is a temperature check at the door.

Overall would highly recommend grabbing some food here next time you're in the Mexico...
