We arrived to what seemed an empty restaurant on a Friday night. Immediately we were greeted and seated. A few minutes later our server arrived. I don’t know if he was in the middle of a double or a long shift, but he showed facial expressions of discomfort. We asked for drinks and water. The water never showed up (by the way, we only got one refill on that water in the whole evening). Finally, food starts coming out. It was superb. But service never improved. I wish I could remember this guy’s name. Not to get him in trouble but to assure he is well aware of his performance and can improve it. At that, he didn’t even introduced himself.

We spent a good amount of money there and tipped him very generously. I’m in the same field and can imagine his salary. But trust me, someone else, like my partner, would have...

La atención por parte de recepción y de mesero es buena.

A la hora de pedir una bebida de refill nos dice el mesero que la máquina está descompuesta y sólo puede ofrecernos bebidas especializadas lo cuál me pareció de mal gusto pues no es culpa del cliente que la maquina esté descompuesta obligándolo a consumir algo que pues no quiere, ql menos decir que por estar dañada y a modo de cortesía tienen un 2x1 en bebidas o algo así.

La comida es buena, nosotros pedimos unos doplings y un par de Ramens y tienen una variedad exótica de proteínas, tiene pollo, cerdo....moscas.

En el Ramen de mi novia encontramos una mosca y pues como pedimos el mismo tipo es probable que yo también comi Ramen de mosca.

La carne que venía con el Ramen estaba helada internamente, como que la sacaron del refri y sólo la pusieron en el tazón.

Pedí hablar con el gerente y me mandaron al chef a quien obviamente le pedí me trajera al gerente pues es el responsable de dar la cara en éstos casos.

Pedí la cuenta después de presentar mi descontento, cosa que el gerente se negó y no nos dejó pagar la cuenta, haciendo énfasis en que nos agradecía por "hacerle saber lo malo en lugar de tomar fotos y hacer una mala Review", como si el no pagar la cuenta fuera una especie de "soborno" para no dejar una mala opinión.
