The offerings are more like Japanese fast food, except it's not fast. The fried rice was fairly tasty, a nice change from the Chinese fried rice. The sushi was okay. The rice was the right consistency and texture (something missed by most sushi restaurants in Mexico), but there was too much of it in comparison to the stuffing in the rolls. The quality of the fish was fine though. The udon noodles soup tastes like it is from a package. Go easy on the pepper. I suggest you make bone broth seasoned with salt, pepper, onions, and freeze it until you need it for the soup. Udon noodles can be bought thicker in packets so that it won't be soggy when prepared. The thicker size will give it more of a cultural experience. The tables and chairs need a good cleaning. Take a day out to do this and ventilate better to minimize the sticky feeling of the restaurant. I can see the effort and pride in the food. The offerings may be just fine for the average Mexican diner, but our family eat sushi regularly and our expectations are more demanding. I see potential in the restaurant. El lugar es muy sencillo a simple vista, no te imaginas el exquisito sabor que estarás por probar, sus platillos cuidadosamente preparados, tan frescos y llenos de calidad son un pasaje al cielo, excelente sazón que la da una remarcada variedad a la gastronomía de la ciudad. Opción 100% recomemdada, si salir de la rutina es tu objetivo, excelente plan si probar algo diferente quieres, comida tan ligera y deliciosa que no quieres dejar de comerla, quedaras con las ganas de volver a regresar. 100% Recomendada la Tostada de Atún. Por otro lado siento que le hace falta un poco mas de variedad de bebidas y que cuenten con bebidas alcohólicas, y espero que eligan mejor la iluminación interior del local y arreglen su fachada para que logren atraer...

El sushi no era del otro mundo, pero aún así estaba bueno. Un detalle es cuando pedí para llevar un sushi, el arroz estaba duro. Para el sushi que comí en el lugar; levanta mucho el sabor salsas que nos ofrecen. El agua de jamaica estuvo demsiado concentrada eso hizo que estuviera azucarada. La limonada de fresa sólo eran fresa en limonada. Otra cosa es sobre el local, no sé si está en remuneración pero estaba demasiado descuidado, y eso no se muestra en las fotos de las últimas opiniones....
