Had a very bad experience here during our stay in PDC. We ordered a couple of fruit drinks, nachos, diabla pasta and a variety of tacos. They brought one of us the wrong drink, but they were still very good. Not the same story for the food. All of the dishes above were very bland. It's the last way we'd expect to after visiting a local establishment off the beaten path. The pasta 'sauce' was very runny and flavourless. We could not taste any spice at all (supposed to be their spicy option). We took maybe two bites each and sent it back. The nachos were pretty mediocre. The tacos were okay, but again lacked any real flavour even after dousing them in lime and the sauce that came with them.

We told our server about the pasta and they offered to swap it with guacamole or a single taco, which we didn't want at this point. When the bill came, we were charged the full amount for the pasta and the deduction for one of the tacos was not reflected. Very disappointing to be treated like this.

Overall, the only enjoyable part of our dinner were the juices and the quality of the meat (which was very high). Certainly would not...

Jorge ,the owner has made sure that the presentation, quality and affordability are ever present. The staff is great cordial and ready to respond to any questions and please any whish & whim. Menu has authentic Mexican choices and a Hot cakes/Pancakes 🥞 each order w 3 THREE Pieces!!! That guarantee 2send you to happily sleep. Wide variety of fresh made smoothies, Eggs made any style you wish and if you still hungry, there are the famous chicken tacos en salsa Verde with Avocado 🥑. Last they do have a Breakfast & Lunch menu with really good variety of hamburgers 🍔. A Must stop if you are by the entrance of Playa 72 (1 block from !v. Colosio)...

We landed Cancun and drove an hour to playa del Carmen, we were starved and found this place it truly was the perfect place to stop for food and a true Mexican experience! The food was to die for as well as the coke I got and juice my mother got, the lady who served us was very friendly and welcoming, it was truly the best way to start off the day and recommend it to anyone looking for yummy authentic food with a great vibe feels like your sitting in a jungle hut but very clean and well kept I could go on and on of how amazing this place was, also music here is...
