We went to this wine bar 2 nights ago and tried 3 wines each, and a sharing board of meats and cheeses. It started well - a beautiful view, and our waiter was friendly and knowledgable. We had 2 white wines from the menu, 8€ and 9€ respectively, and a €25 euro sharing board - totalling 42€. Then we asked him for a recommendation for a red and he brought us 2 more glasses each that we didn’t choose or see prices for (all delicious and lovely so far!). However when we went to pay the owner asked us for €117. This didn’t feel right - that must mean the 4 red wines cost €75?! Nearly €20 a glass. If that was the correct price he should have mentioned that (the most expensive reds on the menu were 10/12€?) but I can’t imagine it was. When we tried to politely question it and asked if that was definitely our bill the owner became agressive and shouted ‘117 EUROS!! THAT IS THE BILL!!’ And we got intimidated and just paid it. Really awful feeling and ruined our evening and our time in Perast. Adding photos to prove we were there

Perast does not have a vineyard but Red and White is more than an ample substitute for those that want to do a tasting without a tour. There is a broad menu of wines and canapés on offer, so whether you want a single glass or a sampler of various Montenegrin wines, you will be happy with what is available. The food was also surprisingly filling. While these outlets very rarely have big portions, we received a massive tray of cheeses, hams, purée and fruit. It was a perfect complement to the wine to the point where none of us needed dinner thereafter. The owners are friendly, patient and very knowledgeable about their products, so à wonderful experience from top to bottom and highly recommended.

We discovered this amazing wine and cocktail bar while exploring Perast today. While strolling main street around 6 pm, we were really feeling the heat. What a rescue it was to be met by Nicholi and air condition! He walked us through the menu, and we took his recommendation of a gin spritz with fresh local fig. The drink was delicious and refreshing. If you're lucky enough to find yourself on the shores of Kotor Bay, I highly recommend the Red and White bar for a unique beverage and great service.

We visited the Red & White Wine Bar and did the wine tasting which was great. There is a choice of how many wines that you each want to taste and also which type of platter that you would like. We chose the tasting of 5 wines (2 White, 1 Rose and 2 Red) and the homemade meat and cheese platter. The wines were all delicious and came with an excellent explanation from the friendly team member and the meat and cheese platter was delicious. The owner was also very helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend the Red &...
