What can I say? It was our last evening in Casablanca. We came to NKOA, were greeted very friendly and sat down for what should be the best restaurant experience in our two weeks of Marocco (we were in Marrakech and Essaouira before). Amazing service, beautiful ambience (the music, the style of the place just fit perfectly) and - most important of all - the food was absolutely delicious. We had two starters, two mains and a dessert, also two drinks (lassi and juice) and EVERYTHING was soooo good. And the prices are more than justified for what they offer. We could feel that the whole team there is living their dream of a good quality restaurant. And that is what makes a restaurant a place where you feel comfortable. Thank you so much for the lovely evening! We're really sad that we discovered NKOA only on our last evening because now we can't visit a...

The burger and homemade fries were good. Ther proportion of rice to haloumi was off, but the rice was well flavoured. The smoothies were a mixed bag: mangoes were great, pistachio tasted a little synthetic, but not bad. The atmosphere is super chill, the service super nice. The chocolate dessert was excellent. The panna cotta tasted great, but is not the right consistency for a panna cotta, but still super flavourful. Is this the best food we’ve had? No! But it hit the spot...

The beef is decent, and the Indonesian fried rice is also enjoyable. It's important to set some expectations: this is a Muslim country, so drinks typically do not contain alcohol. Additionally, they focus on fusion cuisine rather than authentic Chinese or Mexican food, so you shouldn't expect exact replicas of dishes from your home country. Fusion cuisine blends different culinary traditions to create new dishes. For example, you can't say that pineapple pizza or pickle pizza isn't pizza; they simply offer a different flavor profile and...
