OSOWA — Restaurant in Fez

I don’t usually give out a full 5 stars unless the place truly deserves it, but this Korean restaurant will definitely be my go to Asian place in Fes Starting with the Chicken Ramyeon that comes with no, medium or extra spicy, it was aromatic and perfectly seasoned simply delicious. The menu does have a range of prices, some dishes are a bit on the expensive side, but the exceptional quality and authentic Korean flavors justify the cost. There's room for more variety on the menu, and I'd love to see even more creations from the chef.

The owner added to the wonderful experience; he's friendly, treats his staff with respect, we had a great conversation. Despite my late arrival past closing time, he accepted my order. I’ve been traveling in Morocco for about a week, and I really missed Korean food. I never expected to find a Korean restaurant in Fes, but OSOWA had amazing Korean dishes that tasted authentically Korean. I ended up visiting twice, and I remember being fully satisfied with everything.

What a nice find!! I took my wife to this place with my fingers crossed behind my back hopping we would like the food, and I wasn't disappointed.
