From the moment I walked in, the lack of courtesy and professionalism displayed by your staff was evident. I felt completely ignored and unimportant, as if my presence was an inconvenience to them.
The staff seemed to have little to no knowledge about the products and services you offer, leaving me feeling helpless and uncertain about what to choose. It was as if they had no interest in assisting customers or even making an effort to understand their needs.
Furthermore, the overall cleanliness and hygiene of your establishment were far below acceptable standards. Dirty tables, unclean floors, and a general lack of tidiness were not only unsightly but also raised concerns about the level of care you put into your business.
The checkout process was yet another nightmare. It was slow and inefficient, with the cashier displaying a complete lack of urgency or concern for the growing line of frustrated customers. I felt like my time was being wasted, and it left a lasting negative impression on my overall experience.
Even when I tried to provide feedback to one of your staff members, they were dismissive and uninterested, making it clear that customer satisfaction was not a priority for them or, it seems, for your entire establishment.
In conclusion, I am deeply disappointed with the way I was treated at DIYALO. As a customer, I expected a level of service that reflects basic courtesy and professionalism. I sincerely hope you take this complaint seriously and address the issues raised to improve the quality of service at DIYALO.
