Kesar Indian Restaurant — Restaurant in Amsterdam

We went here and were blown away by how tasty everything was. I had the fish masala and it was so good. The fish was perfectly cooked and very fresh and the spices were so flavorful without being too spicy (I did not order spicy but if that's your thing I'm sure it's also fantastic). They are also joined with Café Roem so I got a Chai latte that was such a good complement to the meal. The atmosphere of the place is also really nice with mostly outdoor seating between the road (mostly bikes and pedestrians) and the canal so you can watch all the people go by and really feel a part...

Being Indian vegetarian, were looking for indian vegetarian food. Tried this restaurant for first time. We really liked it. Nice cosy restaurant with a beautiful view at the center of amsterdam.Samosa was so yummy we felt same taste back in India. Paneer tikka masala so authentic with all required flavours. We really enjoyed our dinner at Kesar Restaurant tonight! The Indian food was delicious and the portions generous. The price was very reasonable as well. The three of us ordered a different dish, and these were all very tasty. The staff made us feel very welcome and was eager to tell us about the food. The place has a nice terrace with a view on the canal and some comfortable seats inside....
