I am deeply disappointed with our experience at LAILA in Utrecht. We visited to celebrate a friend's bachelorette party, all dressed festively and elegantly, hoping to enjoy a special night out. Instead, we were met with outright disrespect and rudeness.

From the moment we arrived, the staff's attitude towards us was shockingly unprofessional. We were subjected to derogatory comments, implying that our attire was solely for attracting male attention, which was not only incorrect but also incredibly insulting. We are all in committed relationships and were simply there to have a good time and celebrate our friend.

The lack of respect and courtesy we experienced was unacceptable. No one should have to endure such treatment, especially not on what was supposed to be a joyous occasion. We hope future patrons will be treated with the respect they deserve and that the management at LAILA takes steps to address their staff's behavior.

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The food was not properly cooked—when I cut into the chicken, it had visible traces of blood. I immediately informed the waiter, who confirmed that the chicken was indeed undercooked. They took the plate back, but when it was returned, nothing had improved. The fries were cold, and the chicken was still not properly cooked.

I did not enjoy my meal and decided to leave due to the lack of professionalism and awareness of basic food safety standards. I informed the manager about the situation, and his response was shockingly dismissive: "Yes, I know, just pay half of the meal."

This isn't just a service issue; it's a serious food safety concern.

Trying to order some food and then it took them to look to service bread and extra dishes for us and the food got cold! Asking if i could order some extra fries because it seemed like i didnt have it but my dad did! Food was okay until it was cold because of waiting for service! THEY need to do something to the service because waiting is too long! Put a system on the table so people can call you without waiting! Thank you very much ! Maybe i wil visit once more and hopefully this service wil be better i have not been hear for a long time and i wanted to show my friend this place food perfect service BAD could be better!
