Love to leave a review mate! I'd like to personally Thankyou ROGUES, NZ to your wonderful customer service "Manger" on this fine night... for your kindness towards your guest on the 14th June 2024! I believe it was dinner service! Coming from a background of hospitality myself personally love to do this, I'd like to write this review for a very close friend of mine, I mean very close friend. I just cannot come to terms with what actions you took this night. Im still in a ora of shocking, word doesn't quietly fit right for this, your delusion of customer service is poor in all work ethics and unprovoked attack this night, is so far but true fitting of your manner. My friend was dining in and enjoyed a few beverages, as most people do before he moved to dine in your restaurant. Be plain and straight to the point! Ordered a lamb dish, received a beef dish, asked to be replaced, response was no, and threatened the guest to leave "Manager" Being of this person back ground, he couldn't make a mistake by ordering beef as he is not aloud to eat beef! He went on to say please change it again, please and he was pushed out of the venue. Now in my opinion in high professionalism manner, a genuine mistake by a waitress or waiter should be altered or replaced if order is wrong or refunded. The gentleman goes on to say, up set I cannot eat this because of my religion. Inwhich was left feeling uncomfortable and unwelcomed and has always indulged himself in a meal after a hard day/s at work like most people do. Left crying, in the car, broke down and felt racism came to play here, and so uncalled for in all parties he was made to leave. With no refund nore a home cooked hot meal after work. Also felt he needed to lie about his name! Inwhich he felt he shouldn't lie because he was frozen at the point were he needed to sit at a unprofessional level and come down to your level and felt the need to protect himself and lie about his name and goes on to say his name was John! as your words did not sit well with your guest please explain to me, as why a meal that was made to be paid for could not be replaced or a refund if the mistake came from a wrong order? Around about $48:50+ plus the beverages so all up spent a good $70-$75 paid
