Crunchy Crunch Fast Food Browns Bay — Restaurant in Hibiscus and Bays

I strongly wish Google allowed for zero stars. I typically avoid posting negative feedback, as I understand its impact on businesses, but this shop truly deserves it.

Today, my wife and I ordered two original corndogs. Near the end of her corndog, she discovered something resembling a feather, about 3-4 cm long. Initially, we thought it might be wooden bits from the chopsticks, but upon closer inspection, it was clearly a feather—soft and silky, and absolutely unacceptable in food.

We returned the tray and informed the manager. Instead of an apology, he dismissed our concerns, insisting it was from the chopstick (the wooden stick that holds the corndog). When he finally examined it closely, he acknowledged it was indeed a feather and offered us a new corndog, but we declined.

Hopefully this doesn't happen again in future as there should be no one that needs to pay to eat feather. But if for any reason a similar situation arises, I suggest that staff prioritise an apology and carefully assess the situation before making assumptions. 5 Stars – A Sweet Crunchy Dream Come True! Crunchy Crunch absolutely deserves it! From the moment I walked in, I was hit with the amazing smell of fresh treats and sweetness in the air. The vibe was warm, clean, and super inviting—the perfect mix of chill and fun.

Now onto the best part: the ice cream and toppings are next-level. I tried their signature combo with honeycomb and caramel popcorn and WOW. The texture was perfect—creamy, smooth, and balanced out by the perfect crunch in every bite. It wasn’t overly sweet, just super satisfying.

The staff were also amazing—friendly, welcoming, and clearly passionate about what they’re serving. They gave great recommendations and were patient while I took forever to decide (because let’s be real, everything looked fire 🔥).

It’s clear they care about quality here—fresh ingredients, generous portions, and everything is super well-presented. Even the packaging was cute!

I recently visited Crunchy Crunch in Browns Bay and had a fantastic experience! I ordered a burger pizza, and the taste was absolutely savory – a perfect combination of flavors. The pulled pork and beef were especially delicious, cooked to perfection, and packed with flavor. It’s definitely something I’ll be coming back to.

My daughter ordered a corndog, and she loved it as well. The mozzarella was great, and I was impressed by the crispy fries slices that came with it. The chips are always freshly made, adding to the overall experience.
