I live in Sydney and have done so for 15yrs. Before then I lived in Auckland and about once a month would get Burger Wisconsin for dinner. There isnt a burger place in Sydney like it and for years I've been craving burgers from here. While recently in NZ, Burger Wisconsin was a must visit. Good news it lived up to my expectations and fond memories!
I ordered the California Burger that has beef, bacon and avocado and added satay sauce. Yum! Burgers were as large as I remember them and the fillings were plentiful. Satay sauce is a MUST and was my favourite I used to always get... was exactly as it was before, nutty and slightly spicy. The Burger was messy but I didn't care. My 10yr old daughter is now a big fan and loved her smaller Burger. The curly fries were crisp and flavoursome.
We ate in and I met a friend there who hadn't been to Burger Wisconsin before. We sat by the window and didn't rush our meal. In fact, I think we stayed to near closing and didn't get chased out.

Read moreExtremely disappointed. Ordered 5 burgers from #BurgerWisconsin Onehunga (via their app) for our daughter’s birthday dinner. Only 4 were delivered. Phoned the store they wouldn’t take responsibility. Over an hour later, the 5th burger still hasn’t arrived. The store says it’s the Ubers issue, however we had no choice in the delivery of it. It was all ordered through their app. The website says to order via the app. We phoned the Uber, and they told us to take it up with the store. So disappointed to have paid decent money for a burger and a reasonable sum for delivery. No one taking responsibility !!!! If I was well enough, I would have collected them. Unfortunately I have the flu and this was supposed to be easy. I am most unhappy Burger Wisconsin Onehunga.

Read moreOrder via the BW app for a birthday dinner . 4 out of 5 burgers arrived. Was a mission for the store to track down the driver due to them using “Uberdirect”. Over an hour later the missing burger arrived stone cold not much different from the other 4. Called to ask for a refund considering the entire ordeal was not okay. Was then told to contact Uberdirect myself (even though I ordered on there app , not Uber) . I Called Uber direct which told me that it is the store that need to refund me first and then contact them with the order details so they can refund the store. I Tried to ask the store one more time for help again because of how difficult this was and Basically got told I could come and get a new burger for the one that was missing. That was it . Won’t be ordering again. Really awful...
