I would give 0 if i could. I went to this location the other day. I am in town visiting my mother in hospital so I did not look my best. keep in mind I had been up all night crying and just wanted some food. This girl with black hair cecelia or something served me and when I asked for a crunch wrap supreme and a quesadilla with fries, she looked me up and down and said are you gonna eat all that or are you buying for other people? I laughed thinking she was joking but she just rolled her eyes and turned around to finish an uber order. After waiting 30 seconds she finally turned around and said ā€œoh you were serious? okay then i guess anything else or are you not eating for the rest of the dayā€ I was so shocked in disbelief that someone would say that to me. I left trying not to cry. I didn’t confront her as i’m not a confrontational person. Im really sad as all the other taco bells i’ve been to i’ve had amazing experiences. I hope that she was just having a bad day or something bevaude words really do hurt. she was extremely rude and I hope it gets better for here. It’s 2022 and as a big girl it’s really heart breaking seeing people still fat shaming. Cecelia if you’re reading this I hope that you can take this as a learning experience , if you’re having a bad day it’s okay but don’t take it out on others, you don’t know what other people are going through. My advise is to treat everyone how you want to be...

Our Taco Bell Wellington experience was underwhelming. Sadly, they've dialled back the spice palette so much that the only real flavour in the standard beef taco meal came from the fries that were overloaded with artificial seasoning.

If their seasoning team (and I'm presuming a generalised view of Kiwi taste buds) hadn't let them down, this could have been a total winner. The taco was crisp, the lettuce was crunchy fresh and the cheese was fine-grated. Add some habaƱero and onions to the beef and you'd be in taco heaven. Seriously.

Busy with a public holiday dinner rush, we chose to order via touchscreen pos. After finding a table, the food was ready surprisingly quickly.

Also surprising, was how often a staff member was on the floor, disinfecting vacant tables. In our 20-min stay, I counted no less than 4 team members moving on the floor, clearing tables and spraying down. As I said, it was a busy period and they were quick off the mark.

I'm not convinced the rush hour gave them the time to deliver their best, so I will be back to try again... armed with my...

Dear Taco Bell employees.

What miserable employee had the worst day ever and whipped up the saddest looking ozempic ridden burrito I’ve ever had the displeasure of putting in my mouth?

Now let me tell you, I’ve had a few cheesy beefy burritos in my life time. This Taco Bell has NEVER fulfilled my desire for my beefy cheesy burrito. If anything it leaves me with a mouthful of tortilla and even more regrets. For the love of god, I promise you will not get fired for adding a normal sized portion of filling them, like how you’re supposed to…

Each bite should be a mouth full. I should feel the girth of a burrito in my mouth when I’m eating a beefy cheesy burrito. Not the girth of a quesadilla. Unfortunately I wouldn’t be crashing out if this was my first ozempic burrito incident, but this has been EVERY SINGLE TIME IVE GONE TO THIS STORE

(At least thrice.)

To the Taco Bell employees, I understand it’s just stupid minimum wage job. But just remember there’s a gal out there getting off work who’s just craving a beefy cheesy burrito. So put some love...

Sad to see there's no sofritos, cinnamon twists or Baha Blast on the menu as of yet, but service as great and staff were aware of vegan options. Food was fresh and well put together. Good portions, especially with guacamole! The currently sole vegan protein option is black beans (whole) which were well cooked and held their shape. Service was fast and excellent. Large vegan quesadilla meal and taco came to just over $20. Definitely a filling meal. Drinks are options of Coke fountain beverages or various flavours of frozen drinks (all on tap, I'm assuming free refills?) I tried the mango frozen Fanta which was quite tasty. Vegan options were a little on the bland side, however the free hot sauces on the counter definitely leveled them up. Tried the spicier of the two options which was delightful vinegar-heavy and had a reasonable level of spice for a fast food option.

I was really excited to try this out. Waited a total of 50min from the time I lined up to the time I received my food. That I understand as there was a lot of hype and a big line. What was disappointing was the pathetic burrito I received. You can see how small it is from the picture, definitely not worth the price! The fillings were inconsistent throughout, only half of it actually had meat in it . It was super bland and the avocado in it tasted off. The chicken quesadilla was ok. The highlight was the loaded chips for sure. The restaurant itself was in a pretty filthy state, fair that they were super busy but it wouldn't take much to have someone wipe the tables and pick up rubbish every now and then. Will have to go back once the hype dies down to see if anything improves!
