I would give 0 if i could. I went to this location the other day. I am in town visiting my mother in hospital so I did not look my best. keep in mind I had been up all night crying and just wanted some food. This girl with black hair cecelia or something served me and when I asked for a crunch wrap supreme and a quesadilla with fries, she looked me up and down and said are you gonna eat all that or are you buying for other people? I laughed thinking she was joking but she just rolled her eyes and turned around to finish an uber order. After waiting 30 seconds she finally turned around and said āoh you were serious? okay then i guess anything else or are you not eating for the rest of the dayā I was so shocked in disbelief that someone would say that to me. I left trying not to cry. I didnāt confront her as iām not a confrontational person. Im really sad as all the other taco bells iāve been to iāve had amazing experiences. I hope that she was just having a bad day or something bevaude words really do hurt. she was extremely rude and I hope it gets better for here. Itās 2022 and as a big girl itās really heart breaking seeing people still fat shaming. Cecelia if youāre reading this I hope that you can take this as a learning experience , if youāre having a bad day itās okay but donāt take it out on others, you donāt know what other people are going through. My advise is to treat everyone how you want to be...

If their seasoning team (and I'm presuming a generalised view of Kiwi taste buds) hadn't let them down, this could have been a total winner. The taco was crisp, the lettuce was crunchy fresh and the cheese was fine-grated. Add some habaƱero and onions to the beef and you'd be in taco heaven. Seriously.
Busy with a public holiday dinner rush, we chose to order via touchscreen pos. After finding a table, the food was ready surprisingly quickly.
Also surprising, was how often a staff member was on the floor, disinfecting vacant tables. In our 20-min stay, I counted no less than 4 team members moving on the floor, clearing tables and spraying down. As I said, it was a busy period and they were quick off the mark.
I'm not convinced the rush hour gave them the time to deliver their best, so I will be back to try again... armed with my...

What miserable employee had the worst day ever and whipped up the saddest looking ozempic ridden burrito Iāve ever had the displeasure of putting in my mouth?
Now let me tell you, Iāve had a few cheesy beefy burritos in my life time. This Taco Bell has NEVER fulfilled my desire for my beefy cheesy burrito. If anything it leaves me with a mouthful of tortilla and even more regrets. For the love of god, I promise you will not get fired for adding a normal sized portion of filling them, like how youāre supposed toā¦
Each bite should be a mouth full. I should feel the girth of a burrito in my mouth when Iām eating a beefy cheesy burrito. Not the girth of a quesadilla. Unfortunately I wouldnāt be crashing out if this was my first ozempic burrito incident, but this has been EVERY SINGLE TIME IVE GONE TO THIS STORE
(At least thrice.)
To the Taco Bell employees, I understand itās just stupid minimum wage job. But just remember thereās a gal out there getting off work whoās just craving a beefy cheesy burrito. So put some love...
